These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HAONGAN LTD website and our wholesale services. By using this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

HAONGAN LTD is a wholesale supplier of home textiles and apparel operating from 8300 Almeria Ave, Dock 1-2, Fontana, CA 92335. Our website presents our product ranges for business buyers; pricing, minimums and availability are provided on request.

2. Wholesale orders

We sell to retailers, resellers and other business customers. Wholesale orders are subject to our then-current order minimums and product availability. A purchase order becomes binding when confirmed in writing by HAONGAN LTD, including confirmation of price, quantity, lead time and shipping method.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties and freight unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed at order confirmation. Net terms (e.g., Net 30) may be extended to approved accounts; we may require a deposit or prepayment for new accounts. Overdue invoices may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law.

4. Shipping & pickup

Orders ship from our Fontana warehouse via carriers chosen by us or requested by you. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier, except where we arrange pickup at Dock 1-2 — in which case the buyer is responsible for the goods once loaded. Dock pickups should be scheduled by appointment. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & claims

We stand behind the quality of our goods. Claims for damaged, defective or short-shipped product must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos where applicable. Approved claims are handled by replacement or credit at our election. We do not accept returns of goods that have been washed, used or altered. Custom or made-to-order goods are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Colors may vary by screen and dye lot. We reserve the right to make minor specification changes consistent with the product’s description. This site does not constitute an offer to sell; orders are accepted at our discretion.

7. Compliance representations

Products supplied by HAONGAN LTD are labeled and documented to meet applicable US federal and California requirements, including FTC textile labeling and California Proposition 65. Buyers are responsible for compliance with any requirements specific to their own sales channels, states or jurisdictions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, designs and the HAONGAN LTD name and mark — is owned by or licensed to HAONGAN LTD and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAONGAN LTD’s total liability arising out of or related to any order or the use of this site shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
